1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.


2. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Example:

1- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

2-Express Shipping: 2–3 business days


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on the destination:

1- Local/ Domestic Delivery: 3–7 business days
2-International Delivery: 7–14 business days

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can track your package.


5. Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
