1. Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

1-The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

2-The item must be in its original packaging.

3-You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, such as:

*Gift cards

*Downloadable or digital products

*Personal care items or customized products

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved:

1-Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

2-It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

*Shipping costs are non-refundable.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

1- Check your bank account again.

2-Contact your credit card company.

3-Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
